In an entertaining game that was completely overshadowed by Thursday Night Football, Houston-BYU provided the viewing audience with a bevy of highlight reel plays, not including this one by Houston defensive back Trevon Stewart.
He was out of position in covering BYU receiver Mitchell Juergens and clearly had no idea where the ball was. While he ultimately executed an odd leap into no-man’s land, at least the guy attempted to make a play on the ball instead of standing like a defeated idiot.
