Marc Spears of Yahoo! Sports is reporting that soon to be commissioner of the NBA, Adam Silver, still states that not only will the NBA continue to consider Europe for expansion for a team, but they actually and may want an entire division. If there is an American-centric league in which this could work, my money is on the NBA. Adam seems like he has a full plate for when he officially steps into the commissioner role, huh?
