Being a MLB pitcher can be one of the most dangerous positions to play, especially when a comebacker is heading your way at 100mph. Oakland A’s pitcher Brandon McCarthy found that out the hard way on Wednesday as he took a line drive off of his head. Good news is that McCarthy spent the night in a hospital and seems to be doing fine as of today.
