Mike Napoli had an incident on the 4th inning of Game 6 of the World Series on Thursday night. As Napoli was running to second base, and just as pitcher Fernando Salas overthrew a possible force out at second base, Mike hesitated as his ankle seemingly broke on second base. Miraculously Napoli actually stayed in the game and only encountered a bad sprain, but as you can tell from below it was not pretty.
