The Brazilian police have arrested a 20-year-old Irishman who was attempting to smuggle approximately a kilo of cocaine by swallowing multiple capsules. Authorities, who say he was acting nervous, stopped the gentleman before he was about to board a flight from Sao Paolo to Lisbon in Portugal. The smuggler, who is only identified as P.B.B., swallowed 72 bags or 830g of cocaine which are said to be worth nearly $206,000. He was taken to the hospital where the baggies of cocaine were removed from his body. Brazilian authorities released the above x-ray of the smuggler and his stomach.
