TUBE FREE TOILET PAPER! Yup, you heard me correctly.
Check out some info from the article found in the USA Today;
“On Monday, Kimberly-Clark, one of the world’s biggest makers of household paper products, will begin testing Scott Naturals Tube-Free toilet paper at Walmart and Sam’s Club stores throughout the Northeast. If sales take off, it may introduce the line nationally and globally — and even consider adapting the technology into its paper towel brands. No, the holes in the rolls aren’t perfectly round. But they do fit over TP spindles and come with this promise: Even the last piece of toilet paper will be usable — without glue stuck on it.”
I am still not sure how I feel about it in general, the tube seems to be the best/ most interesting part of the role. ALSO, there are going to be a bunch of high school weed smokers who will be pissed off. Not sure what I mean? Kiddos, next time you try and smoke a joint in your parents house do the following. Take an empty toilet paper tube and stuff dryer sheets in. (Bounce work best). Now fold the ends over a bit on each end. I used to use clear wide tape around it to seal the whole thing and wah lah! exhale your hit through this bouncy boy and it smells like you’ve just done laundry. You will even get praised by your parents.
On top of all of that I received this e-mail a few hours ago… Do I really give off the impression that I steal toilet paper from work? Now, paper towels are a different story.
