I don’t think I have seen an English Premier League own goal this bad in quite some time. Poor Santiago Vergini of Sunderland will probably never let this one down, and even if he can somehow forget about it I am positive some fans won’t. The good folks of Southampton should all send Santiago a nice thank you note for that gift.
