The US and Germany World Cup match is underway but there are likely plenty of fans who are currently unable to attend the match due to flooding.
Really heavy rains in Recife, Brazil has made it difficult to reach Arena Peranmbuco, where the match is being played.
Recife is flooding currently. Going to be a pretty great adventure getting to the stadium an hour away.

While the rain is obviously a hindrance to fans, it hasn’t stopped the match from being played. Hell, it may make this thing more entertaining (from the perspective of someone who is nowhere near Recife and is sitting in a cool and dry room at the moment).
Torrential rain in Recife. Flooding in city. Team bus moving slowly towards stadium. Players will move faster during game. @ussoccer
