Palermo’s Fabrizio Miccoli, who is nicknamed “The Pocket Rocket,” had his third goal of a hat trick this weekend in dramatic fashion. With just under 10 minutes to play in the match, the ball was headed down to Miccoli, who was sideways to the goal, just inside of the midfield mark. Without looking, he hooked a massive shot towards the goal and the ball somehow made its way over the very out of place Chievo goalkeeper Stefano Sorrentino and found its way into the back of the net.
