Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony

Over the weekend, the 2024 Olympic Games officially kicked off with the opening ceremony in Paris, France. And while many Christians were quite offended by some of the scenes during the ceremony, First Lady Jill Biden was extremely impressed.

The opening ceremony in Paris over the weekend included drag queens among other performers appearing to parody the iconic painting “The Last Supper,” an iconic Renaissance painting that shows Jesus sharing a final meal with his disciples before his crucifixion.

While many Christians were offended by the scene, believing that it mocked Jesus and Christianity, First Lady Jill Biden thoroughly enjoyed it.

In a video shared by Fox News on social media, Jill Biden had some high praise for opening ceremony, calling it “spectacular” as she wondered how the United States could possibly top this performance when Los Angeles hosts the Olympics in 2028.

“It was spectacular…every step of the way I was thinking to myself oh my God, oh my God how are we going to top this,” Jill Biden said this weekend.

Clearly, the First Lady did not find anything wrong with the opening ceremony and she thinks that the United States will have a hard time doing anything more impressive than that.
