The NHL is not exactly known for diving, so when it does happen it is always interesting to see the reactions. The New Jersey Devils’ Joseph Blandisi tried his best to get away with a flop on Tuesday night against the Flyers but was instead awarded an embellishment penalty.
The funny thing about the embellishment penalty is that Blandidi really was slashed by Andrew MacDonald of the Philadelphia Flyers, but it was just because he oversold the penalty.
