The San Diego Chargers were met with a rude welcoming to Oakland when they arrived to face the Raiders on Sunday. The team’s bus was egged by Raiders fans before the Chargers managed to eek out a surprisingly close 31-28 win, largely thanks to an interception by Jason Verrett in the closing minutes of the game.
After the win, the Chargers Twitter account posted the above message with a shot of Verrett’s game-sealing pick to really rub some salt in Raiders fans’ wounds. Divisional rivalries are the best.
