Lost in the hubbub of Richard Sherman’s butt-slapping/failed handshake/”helluva game” directed towards Michael Crabtree — not to mention his much-debated postgame interview — is the fact Sherman also made a choking gesture directed at 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick after the game-ending tip and interception. The taunt, which Sherman likely pulled from Kaep’s Beats by Dr. Dre ad, cost the Seahawks a rather meaningless personal foul penalty during the game, but has now lightened Sherman’s wallet by $7,875.
