Shortly after the Baltimore Ravens terminated the contract of Ray Rice amidst his domestic violence scandal, the team announced they would be holding a jersey exchange in which fans could trade their Rice uniform for the jersey of a different player.
That exchange was held at the team’s official store on Friday morning, and the turnout was pretty huge:

If you’ll remember, the New England Patriots also offered a similar deal for fans after they cut Aaron Hernandez following the tight end’s suspected involvement in a murder. That exchange also seemed to be a major success.
