Philip Rivers is the GIF(t) that keeps on giving. That much was confirmed once again on Sunday when Rivers freaked out during a miscommunication with his center, Nick Hardwick, during the second quarter in Denver. Rivers just wanted the snap but it came too late, resulting in a delay of game penalty against the Chargers.
Phil was not pleased.
