On Thursday, EA Sports revealed which five wide receivers will have the highest ratings in the upcoming Madden NFL 16.
The Steelers’ Antonio Brown came in first with a rating of 97. He was followed by Dez Bryant, who came in second with 96. Calvin Johnson (a 95 rating), Odell Beckham Jr. and Julio Jones (each with a rating of 94) followed.
While Madden ratings are, at the end of the day, a little silly, it seems that Dez Bryant was particularly incensed over Madden’s judgement of his skills.
This is how Madden broke down Dez’s abilities at wide receiver:
Fight for the ball with Bryant’s three 98s for Catching, Jumping, and Spectacular Catch. He’ll get there with 89 SPD/90 ACC/92 ELUS and breaking loose is easy with 91 SPM/95 JKM.
And this is how Dez responded.

Dez deleted the Tweet which is a shame because it’s hilarious.
Still, Bryant wasn’t about to let the great injustice that is his speed rating in a video game go without an official non-deleted stance. After removing his initial Tweet, Dez came back with a more measured stance on Madden’s speed rating system.
That's really not right RT @mrolson299: @DezBryant @EAMaddenNFL Jamaal Charles only 92. Be thankful
