Since Jim Harbaugh and Pete Carroll left the Pac-12 and carried their rivalry over to the NFL, their teams have risen to become the most talented. The 49ers are appearing in their third consecutive NFC title game, while the Seahawks, who have played second fiddle to San Francisco in the division during this span, finally won the NFC West and home field advantage.
Both teams feature balanced offenses and hard-hitting, smash mouth defenses and are unarguably the number one and two team in the league (unless you live in Denver).
