If Subway was trying to get some attention, they have succeeded with a bizarre food statue of Marcus Mariota. If they were trying to promote the tastiness of their offerings, they have failed ingloriously.
The massive restaurant chain is hoping to capitalize on the potential NFL career of Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota and while we applaud them for the effort, their decision to create this disgustingly unappetizing figure is questionable. Judging by the look on Mariota’s face, he’s thinking the exact same thing:
