Alabama is continuing to score this off season, as Derek Kief a talented 6’5″, 2oo lbs receiver from (La Salle High School) Cincinnati has passed up schools such as Wisconsin and Ohio State and has committed to the Crimson Tide. This kid is a stud and in my opinion most likely will make an impact immediately due to his size, length and solid hands. Next Impulse Sports wishes Derek a safe and productive senior season before heading down south to play for Saban.
Kief appears to have deceptive quickness given his size and overall. It is easy to see why he is coveted. A tall player with some flexibility and he can stretch. Still developing precision as a route runner. Is very versatile and comfortable on the inside, which gives him value. Kief’s a good player with ideal measurables who gets better the more you watch him
Take a listen to the song featured in his highlight tape…
