During a Reddit AMA back in August, Ronda Rousey admitted that she has been a huge fan of Pokemon since she was a kid.

Indeed, Rousey used to moderate an online Pokemon forum under the handle “mew182” (named after her favorite Pokemon).

So, it’s not entirely surprising (but still utterly delightful) to see this spot that Ronda recently filmed for ESPN which “reveals” her secret training method of dressing up in a Pikachu costume to exercise.
