Cutler’s 2015 base salary was $15.5 million. The Bears signed him to a 7-year, $126.7 million deal in 2014 despite his inconsistency and inability to stay healthy. The Bears have been a huge disappointment with Cutler at quarterback, and now without star receiver Brandon Marshall things only appear to be getting more difficult.
