This former 1st round pick has the stuff to be dominant, no doubt about it. Last year, he finished 5th in the Rookie of the Year voting. After his first full year as a major league starter, Parker posted respectable numbers, going 13-8 with a 3.47 ERA in Oakland. Not to mention he struck out 140 batters in 29 starts, and kept his WHIP below 1.30. Parker has the stuff to be a great starter for a very long time.
