This brilliant young man thought it would be smart to call the cops to inquire about if growing marijuana was legal or not (he was growing). The video is so ridiculous that it is actually hard to believe. Robert Michelson’s call was traced and the cops showed up a short time after and he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal cultivation of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory.
Michelson was brought to Farmington police headquarters where he was released on $5,000 bond. Police said he was cooperative with officers, but made an obscene gesture at the dispatchers. We wish we had the obscene gesture on video. Enjoy the video.
