Just eight days after being charged with intoxication manslaughter, an offense for which he could receive up to 20 years in prison, Josh Brent was on the Cowboys sidelines for their match-up with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The accident took the life of teammate Jerry Brown. At the time of the crash police say that Josh was more than twice the legal limit for blood alcohol content.
I understand the want for the Cowboys to stand behind their player, but having Brent on the sidelines seemed quite inappropriate and in poor taste.
