ESPN magazine recently dedicated an entire edition to the Eagles’ Mike Vick and somehow thought it would be a smart move to promote it in a piece by Toure which featured a photo of Mike Vick as a white person. Below is the picture that was VERY quickly pulled and replaced with a shot of Vick, as is. I’m fairly sure drumming up a fictitious controversy based on race is not a professional or classy way to sell more product. Not so smart ESPN. Toure later tweeted that ESPN inserted the photo without his knowledge, and we believe him.
