Mike Florio is getting crushed this week. The man who founded Pro Football Talk and has become a staple of NBC’s NFL coverage is receiving serious heat for his reporting on the mysterious Dez Bryant video.
Florio made comments about rumors over a Dez Bryant video that is reportedly worse than the infamous Ray Rice elevator video. For obvious reasons, the story was grabbed by every news station and sports blog in the country and it has dominated the rumor mill for days.
While it still remains unclear if a tape actually exists of an incident involving Bryant, Florio is getting hammered for throwing the unconfirmed report out there. The criticism is coming from all angles, including everyone on the Jim Rome Show, Doug Gottlieb, Jason La Canfora and a heap of pissed off fans.
