The MLB Network has one less employee today. Following an interview with Hall of Fame inductee John Smoltz during Monday’s early evening coverage, a hot mic caught someone saying a very NSFW comment.
It’s possible that the individual could’ve been referring to someone else, possibly a producer or camera guy, but it appears most likely that the comment was directed at Smoltz:
