World Cup organizers unveiled the World Cup closing ceremony performers on Thursday. Shakira, Santana and Wyclef will perform prior to the final match along with Brazilian stars Carlinhos Brown, Alexandre Pires and Ivete Sangaloto.
This will be Shakira’s third-straight outing at the World Cup following performances in Germany (2006) and South Africa (2010).
“I have an intricate relationship with football for obvious reasons, and I truly understand what the World Cup means to so many people, myself included,” Shakira said in a statement. “I just feel so grateful for the opportunity to come back and perform…it feels right.”
The international superstar will sing La La La (Brazil 2014) with Carlinhos Brown, while Santana, Wyclef and Pires will sing Dar Um Jeito (We Will Find a Way). Pires will then be joined by Sangaloto for a flavorful medley of local tunes.
Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez, and Claudia Leitte performed at the opening ceremony.
