After seeing how much money Star Wars made with all its pre-release merchandise, it looks like Warner Brothers is looking to do the same thing with Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice.
In a partnership with General Mills, the film company has unveiled cereals that are based off the superheroes. The Batman-themed cereal is chocolate strawberry flavored and is shaped like the symbol used in the movie. The Superman cereal is caramel flavored and shaped like Superman’s shield symbol.
The tag line for the cereals is “Choose Your Side,” and sadly, I think there are fanboys from both sides that are about to get into a huge argument about which is the better cereal.
The cereals are due to hit store shelves soon and the movie, itself, is out in theaters and IMAX on March 25th.
