The early evening rush hour crowd in the Twin Cities proved that not all drivers are raging lunatics racing to get home ASAP at anyone’s, or any duck’s, expense. FOX 9 News in Minnesota snagged traffic camera footage of a duck family crossing one of nation’s busiest interstates, I-35 West, around 4:00 PM on Wednesday.
