After months of being courted by Channing Tatum, Michael Strahan announced this week that he’ll have a cameo in the upcoming Magic Mike sequel, Magic Mike XXL. The former defensive lineman will play a stripper in the film, and he’ll apparently be showing quite a bit of skin in his big screen debut.
Strahan made the annoucement on Live With Kelly & Michael on Monday, and the segment itself was pretty funny. The show went back through past conversations between Tatum and Strahan in which they discuss Michael’s possible involvement in the sequel, and even showed a couple clips of Strahan “auditioning” for the role:
Yeah, it looks like he’ll do okay.
