A Dutch reporter was interviewing a mayor on a boat when she placed her weight on a hanging rope and subsequently fell into the water. The mayor springs into action taking off his 6-inch necklace from around his neck and attempts to save the woman who is at least 20-feet away, slowly floating off in the distance. While she may not be the next Barbara Walters, she has a chance at being the Barbara Waters.
