Marvin Harrison Jr. The Columbus Dispatch

Ohio State Buckeyes wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. is almost unanimously considered to be the No. 1 wide receiver prospect in the upcoming NFL Draft and many have been assuming this was his final year of college football even before the season began. But in a shocking turn of events, it sounds like Harrison is seriously considering returning for another season with the Buckeyes.

During an interview session on Thursday, Marvin Harrison Jr. said that he has not yet made his decision about whether or not he will declare for the NFL Draft, but he did reveal that he is considering a return to Ohio State to give him another chance of accomplishing his goals of beating the Michigan Wolverines and winning a Big Ten championship.

“Coming into this year, I wanted to beat ‘The Team Up North’ and win a Big Ten Championship and obviously I did not do that this year. I think there’s a great motive to come back if that’s what I decide to do,” Harrison said.

It’s obviously shocking news that Harrison could be considering a return given that he is widely projected to be a top-five pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, and the college football world had a lot to say about it on social media.

We’ll have to see whether or not Harrison shocks the world and returns to Ohio State for another season.
