The Browns haven’t had much luck with quarterbacks in a while but they got their man during the first round of the NFL Draft on Thursday, selecting Johnny Manziel with the 22nd overall pick. The two hour and 45 minute wait was more that most expected Manziel to experience, but Johnny Football wasted no time in flashing his infamous “moneyfingers” when he hit the stage to meet Roger Goodell.
