May 4th is always a fun day for Star Wars fans but this May 4th is especially exciting, with the highly anticipated The Force Awakens film set to be released later this year. As many diehard fans celebrate the day devoted to the legendary series in a variety of ways, one of the most appropriate forms of celebration is to peruse through vintage photos and epic scenes from the original trilogy.
Although numerous photos and clips provide awesome feelings of nostalgia, the one below of Mark Hamill and David Prowse is certainly among the best. The two actors portrayed Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader, respectively in Episodes IV, V and VI, and can be seen practicing their lightsaber duel while on the set of The Empire Strikes Back:
