TNT play-by-play announcer Kevin Harlan took one for the broadcast team Thursday night, absorbing the blow of a runaway basketball during the Bulls-Lakers game. I was going to crack a joke about how getting hit in the face with a basketball is a metaphor for the Bulls’ performance, but they somehow pushed the game to overtime after being down nine with about a minute-and-a-half to play.
