This was not a souvenir for a lucky fan. In the eighth inning Boston Red Sox third baseman Will Middlebrooks smashed a home run to right field at Tropicana Field. Tampa Bay Rays fans attempted to make a play on the home run, but it went through their hands, bouncing directly to a man who caught it with his face.
