There’s only a few weeks left in 2012 but this goal, scored by Jyri Junnila of KalPa in the SM-liiga in Finland, is definitely a late candidate for ‘Goal of the Year.’ Watch as Junnila dekes his way into the offensive zone, draws a penalty, goes airborne and STILL snipes it top shelf on the goaltender. Talk about an amazing individual effort.
