I had a hard time not laughing throughout this video. On one hand it is pretty funny, yet on the fact that it could go viral quickly means it may actually work. Check out the Minnesota Department of Public Safety Halloween PSA promoting the “don’t drink and drive message.” The spot uses real law enforcement in-car camera video of costumed DWI offenders, including a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, a French maid, and Jeanie from “I Dream of Jeanie.” Good stuff.
