When Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce started dating about a year ago, there weren’t all that many people who predicted it would turn out to be such a serious relationship.
However, after a year, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce seem to have formed quite a strong romance with rumors of an incoming engagement swirling.
It’s been rather surprising to see their relationship flourish in this sort of way despite the expectations, but it sounds like the couple is actually a little bit motivated by those critics.
An anonymous inside source recently told Life & Style Magazine that Taylor and Travis are eager to “prove the doubters wrong” in their relationship by staying together.
“No one thought they’d last this long, and Taylor and Travis are very happy to prove the doubters wrong,” says the source. “They’re ready for the challenge.”
Swift is currently on a bit of a break from her Eras Tour, allowing the two of them to spend a little more time together.
This also means that Swift is able to support Kelce at his games.
Swift has already been seen at both Kansas City Chiefs games so far this season.
