#Narrative No. 4: Seahawks Fans Are So Loud
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HpOUrsYtPH8
Something that is guaranteed to happen on Saturday during the Panthers/Seahawks game: Sideline reporter will back away from camera and try to talk into the camera. No one will be able hear the sideline reporter. Sideline reporter will walk back towards the camera and talk about how loud it is at Centurylink, followed by a report that details how the Panthers practiced all week with extra loud noises. Camera will cut to Seahawks fans screaming.
Yes, Centurylink is probably the loudest stadium in the NFL. But let’s not pretend that Seahawks fans are able to scream longer and louder than everyone else and that they are better fans than the rest of the fans in the league. The stadium is loud because of architecture.
Regardless, this narrative is a certainty. It’ll happen. And when the Panthers’ left tackle records his first false start, it’ll only continue to grow.
