Antonio Gates Becomes Second Tight End To Ever Catch 100 Career TD’s

Antonio Gates’ storied career speaks for itself, but he added another milestone to his resumé Monday night.

Gates became the second tight end to reach the 100 career touchdown reception mark with this grab early in the first quarter:

Tony Gonzalez, who had 111 touchdown catches in his career, is the only tight end with more. It was also Gates’ first of the season as he returned from a four-game suspension for PED’s.
