For the second time in three years, Tubby Smith is on the move.

The former title-winning Kentucky head coach departed Texas Tech after three seasons to take over Memphis, where Josh Pastner left for Georgia Tech.

Smith arrived in Lubbock in 2013 after six adequate seasons at Minnesota. And just when it looked like his stay at Texas Tech could be a long one, he is gone.

And it didn’t take long for his home to hit the market. Home-buyers can purchase his 6,700-square foot home for a cool $1.5 million.
