No. 17-25: Oklahoma State, Ohio State, USC, Stanford, Arizona State, South Carolina, UCLA, Ole Miss, Notre Dame & Baylor
Each of these nine teams are on bye this week. Although it was tempting to exclude USC from this group of teams because if they can somehow manage to get worked by a very poor Boston College program, the Trojans might be able to muster a loss while on bye. That would not be kind therefore all nine teams not playing this week have a zero percent chance of losing.
