Immediately after LeBron James announced he’d be returning to Cleveland his own website displayed a photoshop of him wearing a Cavs jersey with the #6 he sported in Miami, leading us to believe that would be the number he’d wear in second stint with the Cavs.
Not so fast.
LeBron is apparently still mulling over whether or not to go back to the #23 he wore during his first seven years in the NBA. On Friday, James posted the above juxtaposition to his Instagram asking fans “6 or 23?”
From early indications, most fans want him to go back to 23. I’m going to assume those are the fans who didn’t burn their original jerseys.
