Derek Jeter will never hit a home run, bounce a foul ball or give away any game-used memorabilia at Yankee Stadium following Thursday night’s emotionally-charged walk-off win.
One Yankees ball boy is fully aware of that and will do everything in his power to ensure he takes advantage of the opportunity to sit 120 feet from a future Hall of Famer’s final at-bats. Watch as the kid fields a harmless foul ball but instead of immediately tossing it into the stands, he swaps it out with a ball from his back pocket.
Although he does make the move very quickly and without attracting too much attention, the TV cameras spotted the nifty switcheroo.
