Vin Scully went on an all-time rant about Ryan Howard on Sunday.
Howard hit the 361st homer of his career, tying Joe DiMaggio for 81st on the all-time home run list. Scully wasn’t the least bit impressed, though.
The legendary Dodgers broadcaster made sure to clarify that Howard doesn’t even deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as DiMaggio, who undoubtedly is one of the greatest to ever play the game of baseball. He compared the amount of strikeouts the two had in their respective careers and BOOM, Howard got roasted.
