This is something you don’t see every day. When you think of what refs would be the most physically fit you think of the NFL and NHL, however Jeff Kellogg proved that MLB umpires deserve a look as well. During the 7th inning of an O’s game a shirtless streaker took to the field and Kellogg was having none of that.
