Former United States President Donald Trump currently owns four golf courses outside of the United States. But as a newly convicted felon, he will no longer be able to visit any of them without a special exception.

According to the World Population Review, 38 nations around the world block convicted felons from traveling into the country. Those 38 countries include Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, which are all of the countries where Donald Trump has golf courses outside of the United States.

Trump currently has four active and open golf courses outside of the United States: Trump Turnberry in Scotland, Trump International in Aberdeen, Scotland, Trump International Golf Links and Hotel in Doonbeg, Ireland, and Trump International Golf Club, Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

Unless he receives a special exemption, Trump will be unable to visit any of these properties after he was convicted on all 34 charges of falsifying business records during his criminal trial in New York last month.

Obviously, this is pretty horrible news for Trump, as he is an avid golfer and a proud owner of those prestigious golf courses, and it’s led to a lot of reactions on social media.

We’ll have to see how Trump navigates this in the future.
