Country music star Brantley Gilbert helped out with the Wounded Warrior Project over Memorial Day Weekend, donating his time and some money to the veterans service organization. It was at the event that he met war veteran Patterson, a former U.S. Army sniper that served five tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Following the event, a charitable motorcycle ride through Texas and Louisiana, Patterson took a few moments to thank Gilbert for his generosity in one of the most emotional exchanges you will ever see, saying he can’t give him a Grammy or Country Music Award but he can give him one thing
